We have a variety of options to keep your pet safe which include open top pens, crates and dog tie points throughout the salon.

Yes. We find that pets behave much better with their owner out of view, we have a designated bath ad drying room so your pet has a relaxed styling session with their groomer.

We accept cash or card, apple pay or android pay. Online booking holds card details for that appointment only, we can charge from the card registered should you forget your wallet.

We do like to keep drop off and collection times separate, however there will often be other dogs in the salon at one time.

We do not accept dogs which have been banned from other groomers due to aggression. This is to keep our staff safe. We would suggest a professional behaviourist or vet visit.

You can book online, over the phone or in the salon. Deposits will be required for over the phone or in salon booking. 

Every pet has individual needs, until we have worked with your pet we cannot give a fixed fee. You can view our terms and conditions for more information.

Yes. A £20 deposit is required to secure each pets appointment. This is fully refundable up until 48 hours prior to the appointment. Should you need to change or cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be lost and a new one required.
